I had a great stay at Emily’s place. It is a large place for the price. Close to nearby hospitals so a great place for travelling professionals and students. She replied timely to any questions I had during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Emily was a fantastic host…she responded quickly and made everything so easy from start to finish. The house was exactly as pictured: clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep. The home had everything we needed, and the location was perfect…close to restaurants and many nearby attractions. Emily also provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which we really appreciated. I also felt very comfortable walking my dogs, and there was a nice walking path nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable, welcoming place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I'm so happy I stayed here for my 13 week assignment at the hospital very near by. It was a very sweet clean nice fit for me and my old dog to stay. The bedroom upstairs felt like I was sleeping in a treehouse seeing the treetops from the window. It was a peaceful place and relaxing to come to after working. Thank you so much. I really appreciate all your quick help !!

Loved, loved, loved this unit! Convenient location, quiet, and easily accessible. Emily provided more than enough essentials needed for my stay and was so responsive and friendly! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We were there for 49 days and will reserve again should we come back to the area. Emily was a wonderful, informative, responsive host without being intrusive at all. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable even to downtown Winfield.

We stayed for an extended period of time while working on a project and even needed to extend our stay and Emily was supper easy to work with and very accommodating. the house was just as the add stated and work perfect for our stay. Nice neighborhood and good neighbors.

i stayed here for a month the house was very nice and cozy and the area is cool. your very close to downtown and other places to eat. If i had any problems the host was incredibly pro active to get them resolved

The home was clean, bright, and exactly as represented. I had a quick change with work and Emily was wonderfully responsive and accommodating. If I'm ever back in Wichita, I'll definitely look to see if this home is available first.

I stayed at Emily’s place for about a month and a half, and everything was perfect! The description in the listing is accurate, and I found all the amenities as stated. Emily’s check-in and check-out instructions were simple and very clear! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located—you can reach any part of the city in 10 to 15 minutes max! The house is well-furnished and has everything you need, even for someone like me who cooks a lot. The space is perfect for one person or a couple. Emily was very helpful, and whenever I needed something, she responded almost immediately. When I return to Wichita, I hope it’s available again so I can stay at Emily’s place once more, because my experience was absolutely positive! Thank you!
