We stayed for an extended period of time while working on a project and even needed to extend our stay and Emily was supper easy to work with and very accommodating. the house was just as the add stated and work perfect for our stay. Nice neighborhood and good neighbors.

i stayed here for a month the house was very nice and cozy and the area is cool. your very close to downtown and other places to eat. If i had any problems the host was incredibly pro active to get them resolved

The home was clean, bright, and exactly as represented. I had a quick change with work and Emily was wonderfully responsive and accommodating. If I'm ever back in Wichita, I'll definitely look to see if this home is available first.

I stayed at Emily’s place for about a month and a half, and everything was perfect! The description in the listing is accurate, and I found all the amenities as stated. Emily’s check-in and check-out instructions were simple and very clear! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located—you can reach any part of the city in 10 to 15 minutes max! The house is well-furnished and has everything you need, even for someone like me who cooks a lot. The space is perfect for one person or a couple. Emily was very helpful, and whenever I needed something, she responded almost immediately. When I return to Wichita, I hope it’s available again so I can stay at Emily’s place once more, because my experience was absolutely positive! Thank you!

Not an upscale neighborhood but safe and family oriented. The space is 6 minutes drive from Via Christi St Francis and 2 mins from St Joes. I was able to walk my dog on my lunch breaks and be back on the unit within 30 minutes. The fenced back yard was very convenient to our needs. Shopping and restaurants are close by. I recommend FioRito if you like Italian food. A large park (Clapp) is on Harry a few mins away for long walks with the dog, also disc golf if that floats your boat. My hosts were very accommodating and responsive to my needs and enquiries. I would choose this space again for future visits.

We stayed for a little over a month and it was perfect! I loved how clean and cozy it was and the decor was wonderful. We felt right at home. Emily was very quick in communicating throughout our stay. She’s definitely there for the guests to ensure their stay is comfortable. She puts extra effort into all the little things that makes the guest feel welcomed. The beds were great, kitchen and bath are both well stocked and immaculately cleaned. The laundry room was so convenient. The location worked out nicely as well. I think I was about 10 minutes from everywhere I needed to go. I would definitely recommend and I plan to book again in the future! Thank you Emily!!

My son stayed here for 3 months while he was doing a college rotation. Quiet neighborhood, and clean and comfortable home. On the rare occasion he had a question Emily was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay at this home again if ever in Wichita.

This was my son’s first extended stay very far away from home for work/study purposes. I was not able to go with him at move in, but visited soon after. Emily was a great comfort to me! At the check in time which was emotional, and throughout the stay, Emily was very responsive, patient, and helpful. We felt safe and taken care of in this perfectly appointed cozy apartment for my son. I really can’t thank her enough for her kindness and taking care of my son’s needs while he was far from home ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Emily’s place! The home was incredibly cozy and had everything I needed to feel comfortable during my time there. I was in town for my nursing clinicals, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for rest and focus after long days. There are also so many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, which made exploring the area super convenient and enjoyable. Emily was a great host,very responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located place to stay!

Emily is a fantastic host, Her home was exactly as advertised: clean, easily accessible to rooms, and equipped with entertainment and utensils for cooking and washing. Emily knows how to make her guests feel right at home. The outside yard was even cut, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I highly recommend and would stay again if I'm ever back in Wichita.
